The products offered are handcrafted and may vary from the images shown on the website. Such variations are considered part of the artisanal nature of the product and do not constitute a defect.

2. Products

All products for sale are artisanal food products, made with selected ingredients and non-industrial processes.
By their nature, the products are perishable.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
Available payment methods are indicated during the checkout process.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

During peak periods, such as Easter and Christmas, processing times may vary slightly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made via Swiss Post, using protective packaging designed to preserve the freshness and integrity of the products during transport.

Delivery generally occurs within 24 hours, with a maximum of 48 hours during peak periods, depending on the destination.

Any delays attributable to the shipping service are not under the direct control of The Store Sagl.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for perishable food products.

However, it is possible to report any issues exclusively in the following cases:

  • product visibly damaged at the time of delivery
  • altered product (e.g., moldy)

In such cases, the customer must contact the seller within 24 hours of receiving the order, attaching photographic documentation (gustolugano@gmail.com).

7. Liability

The Store Sagl is not liable for:

  • delays due to force majeure
  • service disruptions attributable to the courier
  • improper use or incorrect storage of products after delivery

Liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order placed.
